PCAM Group Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
PCAM Group ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and corporate information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By engaging our statutory compliance management services or using our Client Vault dashboard, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our independent management layer and coordinate your facility compliance, we must collect specific information. This includes:
Business Contact Information: Names, job titles, email addresses, and phone numbers of facility managers, directors, or authorized representatives.
Site & Facility Data: Property addresses, access protocols, and site-specific safety requirements.
Operational Data: Infrastructure asset registers, historical statutory compliance certificates, maintenance logs, and schedules.
Financial Information: Billing addresses, purchase order details, and payment processing information.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information only by lawful and fair means, primarily when you:
Submit a request for a quote or compliance audit.
Provide your current asset register and due dates during the handover process.
Communicate with our team via email, phone, or our website.
Log in and interact with the PCAM Client Vault dashboard.
Have statutory inspections completed by our dispatched trades, who submit completion certificates back to us.
4. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to marketing agencies. We use your information strictly to execute our operational workflow:
To populate and manage your PCAM Client Vault dashboard.
To track statutory deadlines and generate automated scheduling.
To dispatch vetted, independent WA contractors to your sites.
To verify the quality of work and process single, consolidated invoices.
To provide you with total audit readiness and bulk-download capabilities for WorkSafe or insurance requirements.
To communicate with you regarding service updates, due dates, and administrative matters.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Because PCAM Group operates as an independent management layer, we must share specific, limited information with third parties to physically execute your compliance checks:
Vetted Trades & Contractors: We share necessary site addresses, asset locations, and access instructions with our approved third-party tradesmen so they can perform the required WorkSafe standard inspections (e.g., AS 1851 fire testing).
Service Providers: We may use secure third-party cloud hosting and software providers to operate our dashboard and store your data.
Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We will disclose information if required by law, such as a direct request from WorkSafe WA or other regulatory bodies.
6. Data Security and The Client Vault
We take the security of your operational data seriously. All completed certificates, maintenance reports, and asset registers are stored in your secure Client Vault. We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
7. Access and Correction
You have the right to request access to the personal or corporate information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Because our system is designed for transparency, the majority of your active compliance data is available for you to view directly within your Client Vault.
For formal requests to access or correct backend data, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
